I have been using the free version for awhile now. I love it! I wonder though, how much better the paid version is. Can anyone tell me the advantages between the free and paid?

I just started using the software and I am still sceptically about it. I will need to see if it is really worth anything. I like how they give you a list of directories that are worth your while. Lets hope this works and boost my website up. I hope it does.

The 1,000 limit is something placed by Yahoo, not SEO Spyglass. Still, in the new version of Spyglass, they were able to get around the limit and obtain more links (using other search engines and link operators). I think it’s the first tool to do this so definitely very valuable.

Agreed. SEO Spyglass is the only link analysis tool that I use consistently right now (and occasionally MajesticSEO – still have to check out SEOmoz Linkscape). It serves its purpose well and I’d recommend it to all SEOs. Definitely makes competitive link analysis much more manageable.
