Prizes Recap - $14,575 Total

How the Contest Works

Now that you’ve seen all of the prizes, you know that this contest is the real deal. A lot of contests fluff up the prizes with subjective values of services and advertising. This contest is mostly made up of CASH and real products.

So this is how the contest will work.

The winners of all of the individual prizes will be selected by a random draw on April 2 - there will be at least 100+ winners in total (including 20 free t-shirts to the participants with the most entries).

To participate in the contest, all you have to do is perform certain actions that gain you more entries. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning a prize.

Below is a step by step guide of how it works.

  • Sign up for the free Winning the Web mailing list (required).
This is necessary in order to enter the contest. I will never send spam and will only use the information to generate a contest participation list and to send occasional WTW updates. You may opt out at any time.
    Sign up now!
    Name:
    Email:
  • Subscribe to the Winning the Web RSS feed.
Throughout the contest, I will be creating additional posts through the RSS feed that provide instructions on how you can collect more entries for the contest. These actions are optional and may include commenting on different blogs, checking out related sites of interest, or signing up with a sponsor. None of this will cost you a dime but it’s important to keep up to date. Subscribe to the RSS feed now.
  • Collect Entries
You can increase your chances of winning all of the prizes by collecting additional entries for the contest. Joining the mailing list will gain you 1 entry, blogging about the contest will gain you 10 entries, and every 5 comments on Winning the Web will gain you 1 entry. As I mentioned, I will also be releasing random posts throughout the contest that will contain instructions for you to gain even more entries.
  • Random draw for all prizes on April 2.
A random draw will be held for all prizes on Wednesday, April 2. The chance of you winning depends on the number of entries you acquire as well as the number of entries held by all of the participants. You can win more than one prize as long as you are eligible. (In order to win any of the cash prizes, you must sign up with Azoogle Ads, PepperJam Network, NeverblueAds, and BidVertiser.)

How to Gain Entries

  • Sign up for the mailing list (required) - 1 entry
  • Blog about this contest and link to this post - 10 entries
  • Every 5 comments on WTW (now until April 2 with 5 comments per day limit) - 1 entry
  • Subscribe to the feed and stay tuned for more opportunities to gain entries

Be sure to use the same email & website when performing actions for the contest. That way I’ll be able to easily track entries for each person.

Ways to get more entries

Random draw will be held Wednesday, April 2. Get on it. $14,575 is on the line.
