I was doing it on Saturdays but it was getting to the point where the amount of links was getting to be too many. I recently just started doing a Mid-week round up in addition to the weekend version. I have had a number of other bloggers link back to me and my search engine traffic has tripled since I started linking out. If anyone is resisting doing this for fear of sending your readers away, the SEO benefits will make up for any lost traffic you may send away. It has been my experience for every one reader you sent to another blog you will get five more through search engines and incoming links.
